the rooms are fully renovated and new-fashioned here with a sofa bed. the location is magnificent, so close to the airport and the amusement park. 3. the seaview balcony is a lovely addition to the rooms. 4. Parts of Ancol Dreamland are a stone's throw away. 5. Beaches like Taman Impian Jaya ANCOL are easily accessible from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - not very far from an internationally themed amusement park. The breakfast was very good except for the pastry, with a wide range of appetising options.

Spotless units with seaview balcony, parts of Ancol Dreamland too and flower petals. Location close to Bandar Djakarta seafood restaurant, Ancol amusement park and Mercure Convention Centre Ancol.

The rooms at this place are impressively designed, fully equipped, and even come with a sofa bed, which I really liked.

The location was quite nice, somewhat isolated from the rest of Jakarta.Hotel is located in the Ancol center and a fee must be paid to a enter Ancol(unless you are checked at one of the hotels). Great looking hotel, hotel rooms looked good(like in photos), but on a closer look you can see that materials used and the workmanship of those that renovated the rooms are poor, so the rooms do need to be redone(by European standards). Hotel is surrounded by water parks, adventure parks.....

Breakfast expensive. When I arrived I made a deposit of 600$(the cost of the room) and when I checked out, I was informed that I have to pay extra 60$(the extra 60$ came from a really poor exchange rate they used to convert my dollars). So if you want to pay cache....exchange your money somewhere else before. Also the staff does not speak English good, and at times it can be very difficult to make yourself understood.

The kids enjoyed playing in the pool; There was sufficient guards on duty all the time. The location is very close to attraction parks; walking distance, better than taking a taxi's, which proved 80% unreliable and cheating. In total I believe there are too many stars connected to this hotel, but for a short stay to visit Ancol/Dufan it is comfortable enough at a very reasonable price.

The room was not ready when checking in. The interior is somewhat outdated, the AC badly maintained and not working at times, while I am sure the air filter wasn't cleaned for ages, causing us to became ill with flue-like symptoms. When something was wrong and needed correction the personnel could not be addressed to by lack of knowledge. All had to go through the capable manager, who solved all at satisfaction. The fitness centre was next door, but woman could not use the main entrance as there was a man's whirl pool, and had to pass through a dirty and dark alleyway, with some strange persons there, which didn't gave a secure feeling. At the other site, outside the hotel, music was loudly playing from early morning to late evening, which was quite annoying because of heavy basses.

Thinking of coming back since I really liked the location here! Great for families, they serve a yummy breakfast and have just given the rooms a fresh new look - plus, they're a good size. the hotel's restaurant on-site is a winner! 🌟

Nothing. It was the poorest 4 star hotel I ever stay.

I booked 1 Deluxe King Room with Ocean View, I got 1 deluxe twin bed. Without any information before

not so good as 4 star. maybe my expectation was higher.

mosquitos in coffeeshop discouraged me to stay longer because i am afraid of dengue fever. satay(food) was not so delicious compared to outside vendor. probably room was provided in much cheaper price to locals.

The water was yellow. I had to flow the water about 20 minutes before using. The AC was not cold although I set the temperature to 0

the water to use in bathroom very very uncomfortable cause its coluring yellow like water battery

Updated rooms with a good amount of space that come with a balcony for some fresh air vibes. 🌿

The room is small and dirty with old television .its very bad hotel than another hotel I ever stayed. I booked for 2 night but I leaved( check out) earlier. I never want to stay again at that hotel anymore .
